What we collect

We collect information you choose to send us through the forms on this site:

• Quote requests: company, name, phone, email, pickup and delivery locations, equipment, pickup date and notes.
• Driver and owner operator inquiries: name, phone, email, trailer type, years of experience, home ZIP code, whether you hold a CDL-A, whether you have your own operating authority, and which program you are interested in.
• Technical data: the page you submitted from, the time of submission, and campaign tags (UTM parameters) from the link that brought you to the site.

How we use it

• To respond to your quote request or driving inquiry by phone, text message or email.
• To discuss lanes, pay, equipment and onboarding if you are interested in driving with us.
• To understand which advertising channels bring us customers and drivers.

We do not sell your personal information.

Calls and text messages

When you check the consent box on our driver form, you agree that 770 Logistics may call and send text messages to the number you provided about driving opportunities. Some of those calls and texts may be placed using automated technology or an AI assistant, which will identify itself as such and can connect you to a person on request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Who we share it with

• Form delivery. Submissions are transmitted to our inbox through a form delivery service (currently FormSubmit). The service processes the submission only to deliver it to us.
• Analytics and advertising. When enabled, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel set cookies and collect usage data such as pages viewed, device type and IP address, subject to Google's and Meta's own privacy policies. You can block these with browser settings or an ad blocker.
• Fonts. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to serve the font files.
• Legal. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

How long we keep it

We keep quote and driver inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and delete or anonymize them when no longer needed.

Your choices

You may ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing andrey@770llc.com. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
